Overview
This Software is provided by Luke Coleman (“we”, “us”) and is intended for use as is.
This page informs visitors about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decides to use our iOS apps or related Software (“the App” / “our Software”).
If you choose to use our Software, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. Personal information we collect is used for providing and improving the Software. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this privacy policy.
Information collection and use
For a better experience while using our Software, we may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. Information we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
Our apps may use third-party services that collect information used to identify you. Privacy policies of third-party service providers that may be used include:
Not every app uses every service listed above. Each app only uses the providers it integrates.
Accounts and login
Unless an app specifically offers sign-up or sign-in, we do not collect usernames, passwords, email addresses for accounts, or social login credentials. Where an app does offer accounts, we only collect the information needed to create and operate that account, as described in the app or at the point of collection.
In-app purchases
If you choose to buy something inside an app:
- Payments are processed by the Apple App Store, not by us directly.
- We do not receive your full payment card number, bank details, or billing address from those purchases.
- Apple may provide us with limited purchase information (for example, that a product was bought or restored) so the app can unlock the paid feature on your device.
Purchase handling, refunds, and payment data are governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy, in addition to this policy.
Log data
Whenever you use our Software, in the case of an error we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Software, the time and date of your use of the Software, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
Our Software does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, an app may use third-party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve their services. You may have the option to accept or refuse cookies. If you refuse cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of the Software.
Service providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to:
- Facilitate our Software
- Provide the Software on our behalf
- Perform Software-related services
- Assist us in analyzing how our Software is used
These third parties may have access to your personal information to perform tasks assigned to them on our behalf. They are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
We rely on Apple (App Store / StoreKit) for iOS distribution and purchases. Apple processes related data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your personal information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Data stored on your device
Purchase or entitlement status, preferences, and other app data may be stored locally on your device (and/or managed by the App Store) so features work as expected. That information stays on your device and with Apple unless you remove the app or clear related data according to your device settings, or unless a feature below states that data is sent for processing.
Cloud or AI processing
When an app offers AI or cloud-powered effects, the selected content may be sent securely to our servers or to trusted third-party AI providers solely to generate the requested result. That content is used only for the processing task. It is not retained afterward for training or shared beyond what is needed to provide the feature. Providers used for a given feature (if any) are disclosed in the app or related materials.
Links to other sites
Our Software may contain links to other sites. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Those external sites are not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of those websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Children’s privacy
Our Software does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page. Continued use of our Software after changes means you accept the updated policy.
